Ice Cream Information

Celebrate your child’s birthday at school with an ice cream treat for the class.  This will save you the time and the hassle of preparing or purchasing a treat to send in.  

Simply fill out the form linked below and send it in to the office a week prior to your child’s birthday with the enclosed payment of $25.00 (Cash only.  No checks accepted.)  During your child’s lunch, we will pass out Polar Blast – Fruit Punch Freeze to each student in your child’s class.  Just in case your child has a birthday over the summer or breaks, pick a special day for us to celebrate your child’s birthday during the school year.
